SHIPPING
We ship from three warehouses: San Diego, Las Vegas and China. Your location will determine what warehouse we ship your order from.
Orders to the US: All US orders will ship from San Diego or Las Vegas if the item is in stock. Shipping on these orders should be around 4 days. We usually ship Mon, Weds and Fri. (This has been fluctuating a bit lately due to COVID.) If the item is not in stock in the US warehouses, then it will ship from China. Shipping on orders from China to the US usually takes about 20-25 days.
Orders to Other Countries: All orders to countries outside the US ship from China. Shipping on these orders vary by country and can take 8-25 days.

RETURNS
We accept returns within 30 days of your package being delivered. If your order was delivered in a few packages then the 30 days starts on the date of your last package being delivered. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn and in the same condition that you received it. You may return all items except swimwear and masks. Fill out your order number and email at the top of the page to get started.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Returns get processed every few days, if it has been more than 15 days since your return was delivered to our warehouse and you haven’t received a notification that we received it, please send us a message to hey@marigoldshadows.com.
