- Orders with standard shipping take 2 to 3 business days to be processed and shipped. Expedited orders placed before 12 PM EST will be shipped the same day. Weekends and holidays are excluded from processing and shipping times. When choosing shipping method, please account for these days. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
How long will it take my order to arrive?
- Orders are shipped within 2 to 3 business days. Standard ground shipping orders arrive in 2-5 business days once the order has shipped; you will be emailed a tracking number. Orders shipped outside the continental United States will take 7-10 business days.
- We cannot guarantee when your order will arrive. Once your package is picked up by UPS from our shipping facility in California, we are not liable for any delayed experienced in-transit.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with an item you receive from kissykissy.com, we will be happy to issue a return or exchange, within 30 days of delivery, provided that the item is still in its original packaging and has not been worn or washed. Kissy Kissy items purchased from our online boutique must be returned with their original tags and packaging. Please note, all items purchased on sale or marked down are final sale.
