While it is certain there are actually very few objects we humans actually need in this world, we argue that our cashmere watchcap, for example, is something you need.

Return & Exchange:

It is our number one priority to wow you with our product. If for any reason, you would like to return un-used merchandise, please do so within 60 days of receipt. The perks of being this intimate little company is that we are humans who can read, a simple note will do. Simply send us your item with an enclosed note stating:

Who you are and/or who purchased the item.
Why you are returning (this helps us).
How you would like your return handled (i.e. card credited, exchange for another color, where to send it etc.)

SHIPPING:

United States: We proudly offer a shipping price based in reality. Via the Postal Service, Priority Mail, we charge a nominal $9.00. If you choose UPS, an estimate for various options is offered to you at check out. Items usually ship within 24-72 hours. As for Canadian Post, we charge $11.00 and we send via Priority USPS.

International: Our INTERNATIONAL shipping outside of Canada is sent via DHL. We recognize this route is slightly more expensive, but we have been around enough to know it is simply the safest, most reliable service. We have gone as far as making a superior product, one not found anywhere else, we feel it is essential it arrives promptly and that it be trackable from our doorstep to yours.
