For USA: Most orders are processed within 2-3 business days.Transit time will take anywhere between 1-5 business days, depending on where you are in the USA (we ship out of Florida). Most delivery services are now shipping 7 days a week in the USA, except for UPS which does not delivery on Sunday

Return Policy:
Customer is responsible for shipping charges on returns (unless the mistake is ours). If you are not satisfied with the quality of any product, or wish to exchange an item for a different color or size, simply return the merchandise within 30 days of purchase to the address below. If the items are simply not working for you, you may return them for a refund. You will receive a form with complete instructions with your order.
