RETURN PROCESS

From the day you receive your order, you have 30 days to return your item. Log into your account and click on the “Returns & Exchanges” tab and fill out the return form. If you do not have an account, go to our Return Center.

Once we receive your return request, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how to return your items. Please make sure that the returned item is “sellable condition”(see below), otherwise we cannot issue an exchange or refund for you. Please also make sure that you send out the returns within 1 week of receiving the return label, otherwise we will not issue an exchange or refund for you.

RETURN SHIPPING

If the products received are defective or incorrect, the customer will not be responsible for the shipping cost incurred in returns. Once the returned products are received, Wantdo will reimburse the return shipping cost for up to $15.

Otherwise the customer will be responsible for the return shipping fee. The cost will vary based on the carrier you choose.

We suggest using the original box or envelope that came with products for the return package, to avoid additional return shipping cost.
