Return & Exchange

We will accept the return of unworn items made within 30 days of the purchase date (Canadian and US customers only) Conditions apply:

1. Original shipping costs (and duties, if applicable) are non-refundable.

2. A $10 return label fee will apply to all returns.

3. Exchanges for a different colour/size in the same style are free (as long as your size/colour is in stock).

4. Refunds can be issued for store credit or to the original form of payment. Refunds will be issued 3 days after your return has been delivered.

5. Orders placed with store credit can only be refunded in-store credit. 6. If your item is damaged, please email support@tentree.com.
