Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Orders are not processed on weekends or United States Federal holidays.
Please note that the daily order processing cut-off time is 12:00AM EST. All orders placed after 12:01AM EST will ship within 48 hours. For example, orders placed on Monday, will process and ship on Wednesday. Orders placed on Friday will process and ship on Monday, etc. Orders do not process or ship the same day they are placed.
We offer free USPS shipping on Domestic orders valued over $20. Order being shipping to Canada over $50, Australia $200 and to the rest of the world $250.
RETURN POLICY:
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we will take it back and refund you, 100%. Please include the packing slip or order number if you have it. You can email us for a copy if you don’t (info@thesolemates.com). We do not offer refunds on used Solemates® (you can try it on, but please don’t wear it outside and get it dirty and then ask to return it.
