If you no longer want your unused products, contact us within 14 days of receiving them and we will give you the option to return the product for store credit or return the product for a refund. We will only accept unopened products as a return. We do not accept returns on international orders.
How do I qualify for a refund?
Customers who want to return their purchase for a refund will be required to pay for their return shipping. Refunds will be provided for the cost of the product only. Once we receive the product(s), we will issue a refund. Refunds may take 3-5 business days to process depending on your banking institution. A tracking number must be provided to receive your refund.
How do I get store credit for my return?
If you would like us to send you a prepaid shipping label we will issue you a store credit. You will be notified of your store credit via email.
