We all get excited when we’ve placed an order online.  It’s so hard to wait for that special box to arrive!  We do our best to help with that.  Every item is shipped within 24 hours, except weekends. Most packages ship the same day the order is received, unless it’s after business hours.

Currently, we are only shipping within the U.S.  Most packages are shipped with USPS and go out Monday through Saturday.  If free shipping is offered, you should receive your package within 7 business days.  If shipping is paid, Priority mail will be used.  Larger, heavier packages may be mailed through UPS or FED EX.

If you are local, just tell us you will pick up in store and we will have your pretties bagged and waiting for you.

Tracking for your order is emailed to you once your order is shipped. Tracking updates are usually available within 1 day of shipping out.

Delivery dates for Free shipping are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for the package once tracking shows that the package has left our warehouse.

Once the package has left our warehouse, Priority packages are guaranteed to be delivered within the specified number of business days.

Sassy is not responsible for lost, misdelivered, stolen packages, or packages that were sent to the address that was entered wrong at checkout. If your tracking shows that your package has been delivered, please check with your neighbors and family members to make sure they did not receive it by mistake. Then feel free to file a claim with the appropriate delivery service.


Sometime items just don’t work out as you planned.  We do our best to give you enough information to base your purchase sizing appropriately, but there are times when you need to return something.  We try to make our return policy easy to follow.

When a return is needed, you MUST follow these guidelines and note we will stand firm on our policy.

  • We are sorry, but no refunds will be issued, no exception.
  • If shipping is paid, either by customer or Sassy, you will not be refunded the shipping cost. The shipping will be deducted from your credit. It will be your responsibility to pay return shipping as well.
  • Return must be postmarked within 15 days of purchase.  If we do not receive it within this time, unfortunately we can’t accept your items.  They will be refused and you must pay the return shipping charge. We will bill you for the shipping cost and if not paid within 7 days, the items will be given to charity.
  • You will receive a credit code once items have been received in NEW condition.  This code may be used instore or online.
  • If the item has a manufacturers’ defect, you must notify us within 3 days for a return.
  • Any item purchased with a 40% off or greater discount is a FINAL sale.  These items cannot be returned or exchanged.
