Our orders are shipped by Collisimo for deliveries in all Eurozone member countries.

Shipping times are calculated from the date of email receipt of your order confirmation. Shipments takes up to 3-4 working days to be delivered between Monday to Friday.

Items purchased on this website can only be delivered to Eurozone member countries.

Any delivery address located outside the countries mentioned will be refused when placing the order. For security reasons, SAINT JAMES.com will not process any order that is requested to be delivered to a general delivery address or P.O. Box. All SAINT JAMES.com packages are personally delivered to their recipient and, as a result, no packages will be dropped off in a mailbox.

Return Policy:

In the event that your purchase does not meet your expectations, Saint James gladly accepts returns and exchanges of unworn merchandise within 15 days of the date of sale if accompanied by original invoice for orders placed on this website. Returned merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered and have original tags intact.

You can send the item(s) back to us at the address below with the original invoice using any trackable method, at your expense. Please be certain to insure the package. Saint James is not responsible for shipping fees or lost/stolen packages.

Once we receive your package, we will promptly issue a refund in accordance with this policy or process the exchange, please include a note in your package indicating the size you need instead.

Saint James gladly honors a one-time price adjustment on full-price merchandise within seven days of the retail purchase or mail order ship date if accompanied by the original receipt. Items not purchased at full price are ineligible for price adjustments.
