Domestic Shipping Information:

All domestic packages are shipped with UPS and signature confirmation is required. We ship with USPS for purchases, shipping to PO boxes and military addresses only. Our products are shipped in nondescript packaging.

Standard shipping will take approximately 6-9 business days to arrive from the order date:

• Shipping is FREE for all orders of or above $500
• Shipping is $20 for all orders below $500

Expedited shipping is only available for domestic shipments in the U.S. and will take approximately 3-5 business days to arrive from the order date. Shipping costs are as follows:

• $50 shipping for all expedited US orders

Please note that purchases placed after 4pm ET are considered as made the next business day. Fulfillments are not processed on weekends and federal holidays. Depending on the shipping type, you should expect to receive your tracking details 3-5 business days before you receive the item.

All shipments are tracked, insured, and require signature confirmation upon deliver

Returns:

Rebag accepts U.S. returns as long as items comply with our return policy, are in the same condition as described on the product page, and still have the Rebag return tag attached. We can only honor returns through the following return process:

1. A written request must be filed by email to contact@rebag.com within 7 business days of delivery (as proven by the tracking number). Please provide your order number. Alternatively, returns can be accepted in stores (except for watches/jewelry) within 7 days of purchase or delivery.
2. The item must be shipped back to Rebag no later than 2 business days from when the prepaid return label was provided (as proven by the tracking number). The label will self void after 2 business days and cannot be used beyond that. Returns shipped after 2 business days will be rejected and sent back.
3. Request a receipt as proof that the package has been scanned when dropping off at UPS. Rebag is not responsible for packages that do not appear as scanned.
4. Shipment fees (if any) from Rebag to the customer will not be refunded. If returned online, you will be charged $20 for each return shipping label being used.
5. Upon receipt of the return, you will receive a refund to your original payment method, regardless of reason, within 10-15 business days, both for in-store and online returns.

Rebag cannot accept international returns. Please note, if an international package is returned to sender the client will be responsible for all incurred fees.
