Ragdoll LA ships worldwide with FedEx Express. Please allow 5 to 9 business days for delivery worldwide.
Once your entire order is completed, we will send you an e-mail within 24 hours with the shipping confirmation including the tracking information.

Merchandise purchased at original price is accepted for a refund, exchange or store credit if returned with tags and in unworn and undamaged condition within 14 days of the ship date, accompanied by the original invoice. Please note that we cannot issue any refund on stained, damaged or worn merchandise. We offer free returns and exchanges within the US.
Returns
Making a Return and/or Exchange must be made within the guidelines of our Return Policy. We only accept returns or exchanges of styles purchased at Ragdoll-LA.com at regular price (terms for Sale items, see below). Please contact a Customer Service Representative at showroom@ragdoll-la.com with a detailed description of what you want to return or exchange, your order number and we will get back to you within 24 hours.
When returning postage yourself, we suggest you insure the package via Mail or FedEx and purchase tracking services for your protection. Save the shipping receipt for your records. Only merchandise received by our warehouse can be processed.
