Confirmation:
A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order is authorized and verified. We begin preparing your order immediately after it is verified. With this sort of time frame, it makes it difficult for us to change or cancel your order, however, we will do our best to support your request.
Processing:
It normally takes 1-3 business days for us to process your order. However, please note that the processing time can also be affected by the stock status of individual items, national holidays, etc. If your order includes very popular items that are experiencing stock availability issues, then the order can take 5-10 business days to process and dispatch. Returns
We accept returns or exchanges postmarked within 30 days of the original purchase date.
Please contact us at service@pinkqueen.com and describe the issues in detail, including the return reason, along with your order number. For defective, incorrect or not as described item, please send us a clear picture or video of the problem.
Note:
*If our company is shipping the wrong item/ size, we will allow a return to our warehouse for a refund or an exchange. Once we receive the item, we will refund in full the original product price and its shipping or resend a replacement at our expense.
*If the customer has ordered an incorrect size or product, we can also allow a return. In this case, the customer will be responsible for the shipping fee both ways (to and from our warehouse) for an exchange. If the customer chooses a refund, we will refund the original product price. All and any shipping fees are non-refundable. For free shipping orders, we will deduct the original shipping fee.
*Some products may have a little difference caused by light，shooting angle and different displays. Please be subject to final products. In case of return due to this situation, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping fee.
*We do not accept returns or exchanges for big sale or clearance item(s).
Refunds
We offer full refund if the order is cancelled within 24 hours of your purchase. You should contact us at service@pinkqueen.com immediately once you decide to cancel the order.
For orders cancelled after 24 hours of purchase but have not been shipped, we will offer partial refund after charging a 15% cancellation fee of total price other than freight. The reason for charging this fee is that we have to pay the cost of goods preparation and packaging, please understand.
