Orders & Shipping

Delivery time can vary depending on the courier you have chosen and where you live in the world. As an EU customer, it should take no more than 5 days for you to receive your basics. For orders outside of the EU, depending on the shipping method you choose, delivery can take up to 18 days.

Exchange & Return:

You can register products for an exchange, store credit, or a refund within 30 days after receiving your parcel.

Please make sure all returned products are unworn, unwashed, and neatly folded in the original packaging including all tags. If you fail to do so, we will not accept your return.

Note that the original shipping costs will not be refunded.

Once you register your return, you will receive a pre-paid return shipping label. Please make sure to ship your return parcel back to us within 7 days after receiving your label, as the label may expire after that.
