Returns/Refunds
Unused and unwashed items in original condition may be returned within 30 days.
We carefully package your order to ensure that your items arrive in good condition. Please inspect your item(s) as soon as you receive your order and contact us within 5 days if there is any damage to your item(s) or the packaging. We will replace your damaged item(s) as quickly as possible, at no cost to you.
Unless you receive a damaged item or there was an error on your order, you will be responsible for all shipping costs (for orders with free shipping, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from the refund).
