At ISTO. we work everyday for you to have the easiest, fastest and most transparent shopping experience possible. 

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Lisboa, Portugal and DPD will be the partner carrier. Delivery hours take place between 9am and 7pm on working days. We usually recommend that you use your work address to make sure the package is received and collected on first attempt.

After your order is processed and shipped, you will be receiving a confirmation e-mail with a tracking number so you can follow the package throughout the way.

RETURNS

Don’t worry. If it’s as good as new, you have 14 days to return it. Here’s how it works:

Communicate return: e-mail us at customercare@isto.pt and tell us your order number and what items you want to return. Our Customer Experience Team will get back to you within 24 hours.

Return label: all orders come with a pre paid label and proof of delivery inside. Just seal your package, attach your label and drop it at the closest DPD Pickup Point.

Once a package is received, checked and approved, a refund for the total order value will be issued and reimbursement will be made available within 5 working days.

EXCHANGES

Simple and free. You have 14 days to do it if it’s as good as new.

Communicate exchange: e-mail us at customercare@isto.pt and tell us your order number, what items you want to exchange and the desired new size and/or color. Our Customer Experience Team will get back to you within 24 hours.

Return label: all orders come with a pre paid label and proof of delivery inside. Just seal your package, attach your label and drop it at the closest DPD Pickup Point.

Once a package is received, checked and approved, we’ll send the replacement item free of additional shipping costs, within 2 working days.
