Do you ship internationally?
Nuckees is proud to service our customers from all over the world! The default pricing on our site is in USD, the conversion rate depends on your issuing credit card company used on the transaction. The site will default US Dollars on the checkout page.
In some instances, delivery may be delayed depending on your country’s customs. Nuckees and the carrier do not have control over how long customs deem fit to hold a package. In addition, certain countries may apply tariffs after the package is accepted. We suggest checking with your local post office to find out if that applies to you as Nuckees does not cover additional customs fee charges. Nuckees is not responsible for applicable customs fees, import duties, taxes, or any other charges. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your package to arrive.
How long will it take to get my nuckees?
Once your order is placed, it’ll ship within 24 hours, M-F. If you ordered after 1pm EST on a Friday, your order will be shipped the following Monday. Please allow additional processing and shipping time for weekends, holidays, sales & limited edition releases. Each customer will be provided with a tracking number via email, allowing you to follow the progress of your package. Orders will typically arrive at your doorstep between 3-4 days after processing is complete.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
My nuckees broke. Can I return or exchange it?
You got it! If your nuckees breaks or starts malfunctioning, simply fill out the contact form below. We do replace these nuckees at no cost to you! If you would rather return them for a refund they will have to be purchased directly from us, we unfortunately do not cover the return shipping fee.
NOTE: If you purchased your nuckees product from a location other than http://www.nuckees.com, you must contact that dealer for a refund.
How long do refunds take?
Once we begin the refund process, you will receive an email notification. It can take up to 10 business days for your funds to return to your account. How fast the refund shows up depends on your bank. If you haven’t received your refund after 2 weeks, contact your bank for an update or feel free to email us to make sure it’s been processed fully.
