Cooking Instructions – General. Cooking appliances vary. These instructions are given as a guide. Please ensure that the product is piping hot throughout before serving. Do not reheat. If product is frozen, defrost thoroughly and cook as chilled. Ensure product is thoroughly cooked and that no pink color remains.; Grill – From Chilled. Remove all packaging. Place the burgers under a pre-heated medium/high heat grill approx. 6 centimeters below heat source and grill for 20 minutes, turning every 4-5 minutes. Remove from heat, keep warm and allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving.; Shallow Fry – From Chilled. Remove from packaging and heat a frying pan over a medium/hot heat with no oil. Fry the burgers for 8 minutes each side, Rest for 5 minutes.
