Other heathered colors are made of 52% cotton and 48% polyester.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Because we want you to be able to select the perfect product type, color and size to complement each of your favorite designs, your items will be printed after you order them. Your order is hand-printed by real humans. The printing process takes 2 to 3 business days before we ship it to you. Some items will be shipped separately, and may take a bit longer due to the printing process. (For example, pillows and totes may take longer to print and will ship separately). Other items that are shipped separately include posters, mugs, stickers, and socks. All items are packaged separately to insure they arrive in good order.
WHAT SHIPPING OPTIONS DO YOU OFFER?
Depending where you are we ship differently.
- US standard domestic shipping takes 5 to 8 business days (2 to 3 business days for us to print by hand, plus 3 to 5 business days to ship).
- International shipping takes 1 to 3 weeks (including 2 to 3 business days for us to print by hand).
Expedited shipping – Do you offer faster shipping options? For US shipments, yes we do!
- USPS Domestic Priority takes 3 to 5 days (1 to 2 business days for us to print by hand, plus 2 to 3 business days to ship).
- USPS Priority Express takes 2 to 4 days (1 to 2 business days for us to print by hand, plus 1 to 2 business days to ship).
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:

Too big? Too Small? Don’t like the color? Your cat doesn’t like it? We are here to help! We made our exchange policy super easy! Within 40 days of your original order date, if you need a different size, color or style, please email us at help@lookhuman.com or chat with us during regular chat hours. Include your original order number, email address or name on the order as well as the details of the item(s) you wish to exchange. We will have your item reprinted and shipped to you as quickly as possible.
RECEIVED A DAMAGED ITEM?
We are sorry to hear you may have experience an issue with an item you order!
We will gladly issue you a replacement item or issue a refund back to your original form of payment within 40 business days from when you received this item for any of the following reasons:
- You receive an incorrect item
- Your order contains damaged product(s)
- Your order has a printing mistake
- Part of your order is missing from the package
- You do not receive your order but it has been marked as delivered by USPS or DHLGlobalmail.
- You can contact us at help@lookhuman.com to get a replacement on its way to you ASAP! Please include your original order number and the details on what item(s) you would like us to replace and the size you would prefer.
RETURNS
If you receive an item you are not completely satisfied with, Let us know! You have 40 days from your order date to contact us. Email us with your question about your return at help@lookhuman.com or chat with us from our home page from Monday through Friday during regular chat hours. Our customer service team is happy to help answer any questions you may have regarding your return via email or chat. We will work to quickly issue a replacement for your product order. Unless your order was damaged in our process, we do not reimburse or send a label for the return shipping.
