Unlike most companies, we offer an exchange program on your bridesmaid dress! Exchanges are eligible for a full refund as long as the following steps are completed:
1. The form below has been filled out within 14 days of receiving your order in the mail.
2. A second dress has been purchased.
3. The original dress has arrived to our facility in perfect condition.
Kennedy Blue does not provide a return shipping label. To process an exchange, please fill out the form below.
In-Stock dresses are eligible for an exchange for other available in stock dresses, or a made-to-order dress.
Return Policy
We offer an 80% refund on our made-to-order bridesmaid dresses. All returns must be in original condition.
