Shirt doesn’t fit?

We offer exchanges so that you can end up with the perfect product! All you have to do is E-mail us at bciloveapparel@outlook.com with your name, order number, what you’d like to exchange and reason for exchange. We will email you back with approval and a pre-paid return label. Just package the shirt back up, attach the label and give it to your mail carrier or local post office.

Conditions

• Items must be back to us within 30 days of you receiving the original order.
• Shirts cannot be worn or washed (trying the shirt on does not count as worn)
• Clearance shirts and Custom shirts are not able to be exchanged.
• International customers are responsible for the return shipping charges. A pre-paid return label will not be available.

If your order is misprinted, damaged or defective, E-mail us at bciloveapparel@outlook.com with your name, order number and picture of product. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense and will be re-printed and ship the replacement order as soon as possible.

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. For lost packages that are not caused by our error, we will make our best effort to investigate and re-print your order if successful.

RETURNS

Do not like something about your item? We are always sad to see you go, but we are happy to make you happy!

All you have to do is E-mail us at bciloveapparel@outlook.com with your name, order number, what you’d like to return and reason for return. We will email you back with approval and a pre-paid return label. Just package the shirt back up, attach the label and give it to your mail carrier or local post office. There is a flat $5.00 per item restocking fee for returns that will be deducted from the refund.
