DOMESTIC RETURN POLICY:

At Humble Chic NY, your satisfaction is our highest priority. We want you to love every item that you receive, however, if something didn’t work out or if you’re not 100% satisfied with your new purchase, we will gladly accept it for a return or exchange within the terms of our policy below. We offer FREE RETURN SHIPPING/PROCESSING for store credit returns and exchanges, however, a return processing charge of $7 will be deducted from returns for a refund. This fee is applied once per return (not once per order). If you are returning multiple items from one order, avoid additional fees by returning them together.

Terms: We accept returns within 30 days of purchase, counted from your order date to the postmark date on your return. Items must be returned in the same condition as they were delivered, unused, unaltered, and with original tags attached to be eligible for a refund or exchange. Underwear and sale items indicated on the product page as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return or exchange. Original outbound shipping fees are non-refundable.

RETURNS:

To initiate your simple return, please follow the instructions below:

1. Click “Start a Return or Exchange” above

2. Enter your Order # and Email or Last Name

3. Select the item(s) you wish to return, return reason, item condition, and your preferred method of reimbursement*

4. Review and click Submit

5. Your Return Request will be reviewed and answered within one (1) business day. Once you receive your return authorization number, please print the prepaid shipping label and include the packing slip with your shipment. Please note that we only accept returns that are shipped back to us with our prepaid labels, as these are trackable and insured, allowing us to take full responsibility if anything happens to your return in transit.
