Please keep in mind that we can only accept returns within 30 days of receipt and for purchases of HICKIES laces that are made here, through our website (hickies.com). If you purchased your HICKIES at a local retailer or through another online outlet, please make sure to follow their return policy instead. We unfortunately do not reimburse shipping costs or pay for return shipping (sorry!).
