(Excludes shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico & Virgin Islands). Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Alaska and Hawaii are shipping with a flat rate of $10.95 by USPS Priority Mail or they may select UPS air mail during checkout.  Domestic orders under $28.99 are given the option of USPS Priority Mail or UPS shipping.

Please Note: We currently have some dresses in our SALE markdown section that are being offered at complete loss to our company to clear stock.  These are not eligible and exempt from free shipping  unless the order totals 28.99 or more.  You can add an accessory or other items to take the subtotal to $28.99 so the system will give you the free shipping option.

Orders placed before 10am PST, process the same day and usually ship the next business day. Orders placed after 10am PST will process the next business day and usually ship the following business day. Please expect your package at your door 2 to 7 business days after ordering. All weekend orders placed Friday thru Sunday ship on Tuesday. Remember, UPS does not pickup or deliver packages on Saturday or Sunday.

On purchases of $125 or more, a 10% discount will be automatically applied during checkout- this is only applied to single orders totaling $125.00 shipping to one address.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

When you choose Flowergirldressforless.com, we are confident you will love your purchase. However, we understand that things happen, and if for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase we will happily provide you with a fast and friendly return or exchange. If you decide to exchange or return your item, please consider the following:

• You have 30 days to return or exchange your item.
• We offer a free e-mailed prepaid USPS label for the exchange of eligible dress (valid only in the U.S. for the lower 48).
• No restocking fees will be applied to your return or exchange unless returns consist of three or more dresses. A 20% restocking fee will be applied
• INTERNATIONAL ORDERS must be paid by Paypal. Our Visa/Mastercard/American Express processor will not accept payments outside of United States due to address verification limitations. We ship all international orders by USPS international parcel service which is a traceable and insurable method that can arrive in most countries within 5-7 business days. In some cases and depending on destination country, buyer may have to pay assessed customs fees. Please note all international orders do not qualify for free returns or exchanges.
