Whether you are selling your bags to FASHIONPHILE or need to return an item you purchased, we offer free insured domestic shipping within the continental U.S.. For direct purchase and consignment items, shipments sent from outside the continental U.S. such as Alaska or Hawaii must have a minimum of $1000 in quoted value to be eligible to print a free shipping label. You may choose to select either the free UPS or FedEx inbound label to ship your items to us, printed along with your Ship List once your quote submissions have been accepted by FASHIONPHILE. For returns, you can view your orders and select the item you wish to return from your account purchase history.

We cannot provide shipping labels for P.O. Boxes, international addresses, APO/FPO/DPO addresses and select U.S. Territories such as Puerto Rico and Guam.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

Item(s) must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. If the return does not meet that requirement, the item will not be eligible for a refund. The item will be considered for our Refresh Program (if eligible).

Our Certificate of Authenticity tag & FASHIONPHILE tag must be attached to receive a full refund.

Item(s) must be in the same condition with no missing “extras” (dustbag, box, lock, etc.), so please take care of packing and protecting the item you are returning. If not in the same condition as when purchased, the item will not be eligible for a refund.

At FASHIONPHILE, all items are pre-owned and we are unable to honor any brand-specific warranties as we are not a part of the manufacturing process.
