If you order over $29 of our Fashion First Aid, we will ship to you on our dime.
For orders of 1-10 items, we will use First Class US Mail. We ship most larger domestic orders via UPS Ground.
If your order status says your package has shipped, it has. Have a little patience with the postal service, but after 14 days, feel free to call us to check on domestic orders.
We ship internationally!
We ship via the Postal Service to Canada (which takes a sad 3 weeks), and we offer an international flat rate for small orders to the rest of the world.

Fitesse bras come with free shipping both ways. Please email us for personal attention and help with fitting, getting the correct size, and a free return label.
DEFECTS:
We’re very sorry if a defective product has slipped through our fingers, and we will gladly replace it if you shoot us an email or just drop it in the mail with a note.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

REFUNDS:
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 3 days.
