We accept returns purchased through http://www.enavantactive.com within 21 days of the date the order was shipped.
Please note that we do not offer free shipping for returns or exchanges at this time. You are responsible for shipping us your returns using a carrier of your choice.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and unwashed, with the tags still attached, and in the original packaging. Enavant reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return requirements. This includes, but is not limited to, missing tags, products that exhibit use for photoshoots or production use, and/or unreasonable and repetitive return patterns associated with your account.
If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you. When your return has been accepted, your refund will be issued and you will receive a confirmation email.

Any domestic (US) orders made of $200 and above will automatically include free shipping.
Please allow 1-2 business days for processing online orders. If you are located within the US, please allow 5-7 business days to receive your product. During peak holiday times, please allow an extra business day for tracking information to be transmitted and shipment to be made.
