Once your order is placed and your payment has been verified, it may take up to 24 business hours to process and ship your order.  

Purchases made after 9 am will not be shipped out until the next business day. If you order after 9 am on a Friday, your order will ship out on the following Monday. Please refer to our shipping rates and guide for different shipping options. 

We understand that life happens, if you have any problems with the information you have submitted at checkout or would like to modify an order, please contact us at info@donrebel.com before your item has been shipped.  

We offer free returns, so we got you covered. If you would like to exchange your glasses for a different style please refer to our return policy for instructions on how to send your item(s) back to us.
 If your order has been shipped with the wrong mailing address, we are happy to resend the package. We reserve the right to invoice the customer for the cost of resending the package. 

If you are unhappy with your purchase, we offer free 30 day returns. Items that have passed our 30-day return policy are not subject
