Your order will arrive approximately 3 – 10 business days from date of purchase, excluding national holidays. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will be processed on the following business day. Coverfx.com currently ships to Canada and the United States only. However, we partner with a number of retail sites that ship internationally, including Beauty Bay, Beautylish, CultBeauty, and FeelUnique.
Receive FREE STANDARD SHIPPING with any order value over $50, before sales taxes and shipping charges. Offer only valid for orders shipped within the continental US, excluding Puerto Rico, Hawaii and Alaska.
Please Note: Our warehouse will be closed January 24th-31st. All orders placed during this time will begin processing February 1st.
Cover FX shall not be liable for any lost, stolen or damaged packages or for any delay caused by the shipping carrier. Cover FX is responsible for orders up until they leave our warehouse facility. Once tracking is received, it is between the shipping company and the customer to ensure the goods arrive safely.
Return Policy
If a product does not meet your standards, gently used and/or unopened products purchased from coverfx.com may be returned for refund or exchange within 60 days from the date of purchase. We do not accept returns of products purchased at retail stores nor do we accept PRO Artists returns that have been used/opened. The original shipping fee is not refundable. Please allow 5-10 business days for your return to fully process.

The customer is responsible for the return shipping and handling fees for all returns and exchanges sent to Cover FX.
Once the return has shipped please reach out to Customer Service at customerservice@coverfx.com with the tracking information, PO number and items returned.
