Domestic Shipping
All in-stock products will ship together no more than two business days after you place your order. If your shipment contains pre-ordered or crowdfunded products, they will ship separately when those items are available, at no additional cost to you.
International Shipping
We ship international packages via USPS (standard) or UPS (expedited). Delivery typically takes between 5 and 21 business days, depending on customs. Duties and taxes incurred are the responsibility of the recipient and are payable upon receipt of the goods.
Please plan for pre-ordered items to ship separately, as they become available. We cannot guarantee that the entire order will ship together in one package.

Our Return/Exchange Policy
The Basics:
- Items can be returned or exchanged up to 60 days from the date you receive them.
- Domestic orders can be returned for a refund back to the original payment, exchange for a different size in the same exact style and color, or 110% store credit. *(see below for more details on our store credit policy)
- Exchanges can take up to two weeks to process after we receive your item(s).
- International orders can be returned for ONLY for a refund – No 110% store credit or exchanges.
- Any item you want to return or exchange must be unworn and unwashed.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges on items ordered from our Last Chance page – No exception.
How To Return Items:
- By mail via our returns portal. (Free pre-paid return labels for domestic orders only.)
- In person via Happy Returns. It’s fast and free! Check location availability here. (Domestic orders only)

- International customers have two options for returning their items. 1.) Our pre-paid shipping label option where the refund will be issued as soon as it is picked up by the designated carrier and the label fee will be deducted from your refund amount. 2.) Download the packing slip and purchase your own shipping label where the postage is paid by the customer and the refund will be issued in full once we have received and processed the items.
