Backorders
Due to constantly fluctuating stock levels we are not able to update our website to reflect current availability of items, but don’t worry, we still have you covered! If you have ordered an item that is not in stock, you will be notified by email within 24 hours with the expected delivery date.
Free Domestic Shipping
Only orders in the domestic US are eligible for free USPS ground shipping.
Don’t LOVE your sizing? Feel free to send your item(s) back to exchange for a different size, we will include 1 free return label for all domestic orders. Just follow the instructions for a return/exchange included in your shipment. *Please note, if you need to return/exchange your items more than once, we are unable to cover additional return shipping costs.

Not in love with your BeachCandy swimsuit? Returns are easy and our team is here to help. Simply email us at info@beachcandyswimwear.com within 14 days of delivery to get the process started. We stand behind all of our products and want to make sure you find the perfect BeachCandy for you.
REGULAR PRICED ITEMS
If our BeachCandy customer is not 100% satisfied with their purchase we allow 14 days to exchange or return their item in unworn condition with original tags and packaging. BeachCandy will provide the customer with a complimentary return label for orders within the USA by following the provided instructions. We believe our customers deserve the highest quality in swimwear and also, in the purchasing experience.
- Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original packaging and/or box.
- Return shipping is free on all orders within the USA.
- Once the return is approved, our team will send a pre-paid domestic return label to send your items back to us.
- Once your return is received by BeachCandy and inspected (usually within 72hrs or receipt), your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. *Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
