Australian parcels (with Regular Post) are shipped with Australia Post and usually don’t require a signature on delivery. Larger orders will be sent with signature required and if you are not home your order will be held at your local post office for pick up. Lightweight, flat rate and per item rate items will be posted using eParcel (Australia Post parcel delivery with online delivery tracking).
Australian Express Post parcels are shipped using Australia Post eParcel service. Please Note: The same processing times apply, your order will simply arrive faster after it has been dispatched. Visit Auspost.com.au and search for Express Post to get an estimate of the time delivery to your area may take. Note: Next-day is not guaranteed to all areas and Australia Post’s next-day delivery guarantee does not apply to the eParcel express service at all.
International Parcels are shipped using Airmail through Australia Post. Unfortunately no online tracking exists for standard airmail.
