Askov Finlayson Lifetime Warranty

In order for our products to be as sustainable as possible, they must last for many winters to come. The Winter Parka, and everything we make, is covered by a limited lifetime warranty that covers repair or replacement for products that are defective due to materials or craftsmanship.

The product lifetime specifically refers to the time at which, through normal use, the product can no longer function in its intended purpose.

For all Askov Finlayson products other than The Winter Parka we have a 30 day return policy with free shipping and no questions asked. Please reach out to service@askovfinlayson.com with your order number and the products you’d like to exchanged or return, and we’ll take care of the rest.
