Returns
We ask that you return any clothes within 30 days. Send us an email if you need more time for gifts, holidays, or any other reason. No refunds are offered on expedited shipping charges.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We encourage you to try on all of your clothes, but we cannot accept returns on clothes that have been washed or worn enough that they are not considered new. Please keep the original box the package was sent in for returns.
To start the returns process, please send an email to support@ashanderie.com with the order number and reason why you would like to return your order.
Once your return is received, it takes 2-5 days to inspect your items and submit a refund. You will receive an email when a refund has been processed. Refunds are processed on your original payment method.
Ash & Erie believes in providing the best possible shopping experience for its customers. Therefore, returns are always free for our customers. We will provide a prepaid shipping label once we have started the returns process. Please keep the original packaging as you can reuse that at no extra cost. If you do not have the original box, please obtain or purchase a box from a shipping provider.
