Free Domestic 2 Day shipping via FedEx in the United States. Shipping charges range from $25 – $50 for Overnight Delivery depending on destination’s zone and $65 for Saturday Delivery.
Free International Shipping on orders over $250 via FedEx International Priority. This service typically takes 2-5 Business Days. For any order under $250, a $45 flat rate for international shipping will be applied. Orders shipping to Dubai under $500 will be charged the $45 flat rate for international shipping.
All International Orders may be subject to incur duty and freight fees for customs clearance upon the arrival into the receiver’s country. The customer is responsible for these fees, AnneSisteron.com is not liable for these costs.
ONLINE RETURN POLICY
All sale items are final sale and non-refundable.
Original priced items ordered on annesisteron.com must be returned within 10 days of receiving the merchandise in its original condition unworn and with tags attached to be eligible for a refund. We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if return does not comply with this policy. Special ordered items are final sale. Items purchased during any sale promotion are final sale.
Refunds will be given in the same form of payment originally used for purchase if item is returned within 10 business days of receiving the merchandise. Any item without its tags will not be eligible for a refund.
We do not refund shipping and handling charges.
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs when returning any item.
