How many days do I have to return an item?
You have 30 days to return or exchange your order. Please note, we can only accept returned items that are unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. Garments that have been tailored are not eligible for return.
US returns or exchanges can be made using our returns portal here.
International returns or exchanges can be made using our returns portal here.
How much does it cost to return an item?
For US orders, returns for store credit and exchanges free, or we can refund your original form of payment less a 5 USD ($) returns shipping fee which will be deducted from your refund. You can initiate your US return or exchange here.
For international orders, returns are charged in the currency paid at checkout and is approximately equivalent to 25 USD ($). You can initiate your international return here. At this time, we do not offer international exchanges.

How long do I wait before I get my refund or exchange item?
You can expect your refund or exchange to take up to one week. We’ll let you know as soon as your item is received and your refund or exchange has been processed.
For US returns, If you choose store credit for your return, your credit will be processed as soon as your return package is accepted at the post office.
